SATURN Partners LLC
Our partnerships are not new. Since 1970, Smoot and Turner have delivered high profile projects in Ohio that include landmark projects such as the New Columbus Crew Stadium, the Columbus Hilton, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Joining the partnership, Ascension has collaborated with Smoot and Turner on notable projects such as at the Columbus Regional Airport, the Big Walnut Tunnel and continues today on a confidential data centers in central Ohio.
SATURN Partners LLC was formed to provide General Contracting, Construction Management, and Professional Services to clients that are developing mission critical facilities in the technology, communications and pharmaceutical sector. This minority-led partnership of Smoot Construction, Ascension, and Turner Construction formalizes 50 years of shared projects experiences.
SATURN is our minority-owned LLC comprised of Smoot Construction (the “S”), Ascension Construction Solutions (the “A”), and Turner Construction Company (the “TURN”). This partnership was intentionally formed to provide the technical expertise to execute large and complex hyper scale construction projects with representation from all parties, and a purposeful plan to grow the capabilities of each company.

The power of SATURN will open opportunities for minority subcontractors and focus attention in workforce development among the trades in construction. Meet the Partnership Firms
A Local Firm, Minority Led Company
Smoot Construction Company – a 75 year established full service general construction and construction management firm consistently has over $500 million of combined revenue and construction under management. The firm remain 100 percent minority owned and controlled by the family shareholders.
Ascension Construction Solutions (ACS) – Established in 2017 and headquartered in Columbus Ohio, ACS currently provides a variety of professional services to both public and private sector clients and their services are rooted in the engineering, project management, cost, and scheduling. ACS is a minority and women owned business.
Turner Construction – a global leader of construction services in diverse market segments which has earned recognition for undertaking large, complex projects, fostering innovation and making a difference for their clients, employees and community.
